We've completed a major technical migration from AppCenter to Expo, ensuring all our packages are up-to-date and providing a clear runway for even more rapid development and stability in the future.

Say goodbye to eye strain and hello to sleek sophistication! One of the most anticipated features in Abler App 3.9.1 is the highly requested Dark Mode.

Why Dark Mode? Beyond its modern aesthetic, Dark Mode offers a host of benefits, especially for those late-night checks on schedules or quick communications before bed:

✅ Reduced Eye Strain: Less bright light from your screen means less fatigue for your eyes, particularly in low-light environments.

✅ Battery Savings: For devices with OLED or AMOLED screens, displaying black pixels actually consumes less power, extending your phone's battery life.

Activating Dark Mode is seamless. If your phone is already set to a dark theme, the Abler app will switch automatically. You can also manually toggle Dark Mode on or off within your profile screen for complete control. But more than that, it has been a safe, welcoming community asset to 1000’s & 1000’s of young people across Tyneside and beyond. 

Today the club provides playing opportunities for boys’, girls’ and disability teams as well as holiday camps, community sessions, and educational projects, all delivered by a large volunteer coaching workforce.

The breadth and heritage of the club demand modern infrastructure.
